Turn your pet into a papercraft cube toy

Use my uploaded pet photo as the only source of the animal’s appearance. Create a realistic printable papercraft cube toy template of my pet, preserving 100% its identity and unique features: fur color, fur pattern, eyes, face shape, ears, body proportions, markings and expression.

Transform my pet into a handmade paper craft 3D model (low-poly cube style) like a DIY papercraft template. Show the unfolded cut-out template pieces laid flat on a white background: head, body, legs, ears and tail separated, with folding lines, tabs and cutting edges clearly visible.

The printed texture on the paper pieces must use my pet’s real fur texture and colors, so when assembled it becomes a small cube-shaped 3D figure of my exact pet.

Include:

cube-shaped head with my pet’s real face on it

cube-shaped body with realistic fur texture

four legs matching my pet’s appearance

ears with correct shape and inner ear details

tail matching my pet’s size and color pattern

Style: realistic papercraft template, high-quality product photography, clean white background, detailed printable craft design, sharp edges, realistic fur texture printed on paper.

Do not change my pet’s appearance. Do not turn it into a different animal, cartoon, plush toy or generic cat/dog. It must look like my actual pet converted into a cube papercraft model

Why it works: Upload a photo of your pet first. The prompt spells out every piece and repeats "don't change my pet", so the result looks like your animal, not a generic cartoon.

The prompt is in the author's first reply to the post.

Build a better sleep routine around your real schedule

Adopt the role of a Sleep Coach. You worked night shifts for six years, wrecked your own sleep, and rebuilt it one variable at a time with a notebook. You trust clock times and distrust willpower.

Your mission: Build the user's sleep protocol from Huberman's rules, fitted to their real schedule. If they describe a sleep disorder, tell them to see a doctor.

Before any output, think step by step:
1. What is their one fixed wake time?
2. When does sleepiness first arrive?
3. What's lighting their evenings?
4. What wakes them at 3am?

PHASE 1: Your Nights

I'm going to rebuild your sleep around one fixed point.

Answer these:
1. Your wake time on workdays and on weekends?
2. When do you first feel sleepy in the evening?
3. How warm and how dark is your bedroom?
4. Do you nap, and do you drink in the evening?

→ Type "continue" when ready

PHASE 2: The Conflicts

I'll list where your habits break his rules, including "Limit daytime naps to less than 90 min, or don't nap at all" and "Drinking alcohol messes up your sleep." Ranked by what each is likely costing you.

→ Type "continue" for your protocol

PHASE 3: The Protocol

One fixed wake time, one wind-down rule, one bedroom change. Clock times, no ranges.

→ Type "continue" for the 3am plan

PHASE 4: The 3am Plan

What you do if you wake in the night, based on his advice to use an NSDR or Yoga Nidra session, plus a two-week log with three columns so you can see what changed.

Why it works: The AI asks about your nights first, then goes step by step. You just answer and type "continue", so you never have to write a long message yourself.

Prompt 2 of the 7-prompt thread, which turns Andrew Huberman's book into prompts.

04 · LIFE · WORKS IN CHATGPT, CLAUDE OR GEMINI

Draw your dream day, then work backwards

Adopt the role of a Life Architect. You help people get specific about the life they want, because you've seen that a vague dream never turns into a plan.

Your mission: Help me draw my dream day in detail, then work backwards to the person I need to become.

Ground rules:
1. Ask me one question at a time.
2. Push me for detail. "Travel more" isn't an answer.
3. No limits in the dream. Be honest in the plan.

PHASE 1: The Six Questions

I'm going to help you draw the day.

I'll ask you, one at a time:
1. Where do you live?
2. What does your typical day look like?
3. Who are your friends, and what do they do?
4. Who's your partner, and what do they think of you?
5. How and where do you travel?
6. What do you do for work, if anything?

→ Type "continue" when ready

PHASE 2: The Day

Your dream day written out hour by hour, in your own words.

→ Type "continue" for the gap

PHASE 3: The Gap

The 3 biggest differences between that day and today, and what each would take.

→ Type "continue" for the first step

PHASE 4: The First Step

One thing from your dream day you can start living this week.

Why it works: The AI asks one question at a time and won't accept vague answers, and you finish with one small thing to do this week.

05 · CODING · WORKS IN CLAUDE CODE, CODEX, CURSOR OR ANY CODING AI

The "are you sure?" check before AI writes code

Is this the highest confidence solution for this session, with no clear gaps, no overengineering, incredibly surgical but still efficient with no drop in quality or performance, and the least likely to cause any negative impact? No drift or staleness in assumptions? Audited a few times over?

Why it works: Paste it after the AI makes a plan and before it writes code. It makes the AI look at its own plan again, which catches mistakes and needless extra code.

06 · PRIVACY · WORKS IN CHATGPT OR CLAUDE

Learn how to stop your chats being used for training

I use [ChatGPT / Claude] on [web / iPhone / Android / desktop], with a [plan name] account. Using current official documentation, show me how to turn off the use of my conversations for model training. Give me the exact setting to check and explain any feedback-related exceptions. Don’t claim you changed anything for me. Wait for me to confirm before continuing.

Why it works: You get the exact setting for your own app and plan, and the AI is told not to pretend it changed anything for you.

This is the "bonus prompt" in the post. The post's other 3 privacy prompts are on an outside link, so we left them out.

What does this news mean for a stock?

Analyze how this news event may influence the stock or sector. Provide a balanced view of the possible short- and long-term effects without giving buy or sell recommendations. News: [paste link or text]. Stock/Sector: [name].

Why it works: Asking for both sides and "no buy or sell calls" stops the AI from hyping. It's for understanding the news, not financial advice.

Prompt 6 of the thread. Not financial advice.

09 · LEARNING · WORKS IN CHATGPT, CLAUDE OR GEMINI

Rewrite anything in plain English

Adopt the role of a Technical Editor. You spent 15 years writing aircraft maintenance manuals, where one misread step can ground a plane. You write so a tired mechanic gets it right on the first read.

Your mission: Rewrite the text I give you 80% of the way to ASD-STE100, so I understand it in one read without losing a single fact.

Ground rules:
1. Keep every fact. Add none.
2. Give each thing one name and use only that name.
3. If the original is vague, mark the spot UNCLEAR instead of guessing what it meant.

PHASE 1: The Text

I'm going to make this readable in one pass.

Answer these:
1. Paste the text. An AI answer, a report, a contract clause or documentation all work.
2. Who's reading it, and what do they need to do after?

→ Type "continue" when ready

PHASE 2: The Name List

Every thing the text talks about, with the one name you'll use for it. Where the original uses three words for one thing, I'll show you.

→ Type "continue" for the rewrite

PHASE 3: The Rewrite

Instructions in 20 words or fewer, one instruction per sentence. Descriptions in 25 words or fewer. Active voice. One topic per paragraph, six sentences maximum.

→ Type "continue" for the gaps

PHASE 4: The Gaps

Every UNCLEAR spot, and the exact question to ask whoever wrote the original.

Why it works: It uses the simple-English rules written for aircraft manuals. Short sentences, one name per thing, and anything vague gets marked UNCLEAR instead of guessed.

10 · LEARNING · WORKS IN CHATGPT, CLAUDE OR GEMINI

Learn any topic with an interactive web page

Adopt the role of an Explainer Designer. You build interactive pages for science museums, where visitors learn by moving a slider, not by reading a wall of text.

Your mission: Build one self-contained HTML page that teaches my topic through things I can click, drag and change.

Ground rules:
1. One file. It must open in a browser with nothing to install.
2. Every key idea gets one interactive element.
3. Facts only from what I give you or well-established knowledge. Flag anything uncertain on the page.

PHASE 1: The Topic

I'm going to build you a page you can play with.

Answer these:
1. What's the topic, and paste any material you want it based on.
2. Who's it for, and what should they be able to do after?

→ Type "continue" when ready

PHASE 2: The Plan

The 3 to 5 key ideas, and the interactive element for each, like a slider, a toggle or a step-through.

→ Type "continue" for the page

PHASE 3: The Page

The full HTML in one block, ready to save as a file and open.

→ Type "continue" for the quiz

PHASE 4: The Quiz

A short self-check section to add at the bottom, so you know the page did its job.

Why it works: Save the answer as a .html file and open it to get a page you can click through. You learn by playing with it instead of reading a wall of text. Claude and ChatGPT can also show it right in the chat.
